Staff and Foster/Adoptive Parents

At Strong Training and Consulting, we provide child welfare training and consulting services to local, national, public, and private, child welfare organizations to help impact outcomes of children and families.

We believe that practical training, supervision, and support are key to the development of a healthy child welfare workforce. We believe that education, the transfer of learning, and capacity building will ultimately help achieve better safety, permanency, and well-being outcomes for children and families. It is also key to staff retention, helping workers learn and practice new skills.

Our topics include; finding families for children; working with youth, teens, and alumni of foster care; adoption; families working together; sibling relationships; father engagement, and much more. We also provide motivational keynotes, workshops, curriculum writing, and more.
