MANAGEMENT / SUPERVISION

• Provided supervision and implementation of Permanency and Life Skills Unit in the Foster Care and Adoption Program

• Provided management for children, family and adult programs in Virginia, DC, and Maryland. Programs included Family Finding Services, Child Specific Recruitment, Treatment Foster Care, Adoption, Home-Based Services, Kinship Care, Mentoring, Case Management, Independent Living, Groups, and Senior Services.
